Organization Description Build Change (www.buildchange.org) is an award-winning, international
non-profit social enterprise that designs and trains builders and homeowners to build earthquake-resistant houses in Asia.
Build Change specializes in earthquake-resistant housing reconstruction and provides hands-on technical assistance and training directly to homeowners and builders during the rebuilding process.

To accomplish our missions, we believe that we have following positions to offer to the right persons, to be based in Padang, West Sumatra immediately:

POSITION OPENING: HR, Operation and Office Manager

Job Description
Seeking an exceptional, driven and experienced candidate with proven
human resources, operations and management skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruiting process by posting vacancy announcements,
collecting and sorting applications and CVs
Create and maintain personnel files
Distribute, collect and check monthly timesheets
Prepare, complete and file contracts and hiring packets
Track benefits accumulation and produce monthly summaries
Manage employee health insurance programs
Solicit and manage insurance services when needed
Manage and responsible for day to day operation of Build Change's West Sumatra offices
Implement Build Change's procurement system, obtaining requests for quotations, and asset control system
Hire and manage vehicles and drivers, including preparing contracts, coordinating schedules, implement Build Change's vehicle manual
Hire and manage Build Change security guards and develop a security plan for Build Change office and staff housing
Overview and Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Plan
Find new houses for office/staff
Manage the movement/opening of new offices/houses
Troubleshoot information technology, ensure safety and make backups of Build Change Electronic Data

Qualifications:
S1 degree in management , human resources or related field
At least 3 years experience in operations and administration of non- profit organizations
Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Office applications, and have an intermidiate knowledge of IT
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
Extraordinary organizational skills, attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently, solve problems and supervise support staff
Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and development ethics
