Founded in 1987, RutgersWPF is aimed at improving reproductive health and ensuring reproductive rights in developing countries. RutgersWPF has implemented projects in Asia, Africa and Latin America. In 2005, RutgersWPF Indonesia established a field office in Jakarta, Indonesia in order to more effectively manage and expand its current portfolio.
RutgersWPF’s Country Strategy in Indonesia focuses on improving sexuality and reproductive health services and information for young people and decreasing gender based violence.
RutgersWPF Indonesia manages program of Adult Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
(ASRHR) and Gender Based Violence (GBV) programs in various provinces in Indonesia.
In cooperation with various local NGO partners, this program aims to first, to
provide ASRHR services for young people such as adequate information on ASRHR
issues, including enhancing capacity building for teachers and parents; and
second to provide intervention program to prevent gender based violence with
local NGO partners, and third, to mobilize advocacy program to influence
decision makers to support SRHR education and GBV programs and provide adequate
budget for that.

ADMINISTRATION (Code ADM)
Task and Responsibilities
A. Office Administration :
· Procure office equipment, assets, office supplies and services and Coordinate the maintenance of equipment, assets, and services, according to WPF Procedures, Standard Operational Guidelines, and the Headquarter procedure.
· Arrange of meeting and keeping of the Country Representative and Office Agenda:
ü Coordinate and make Minutes of Internal Meetings
ü Coordinate the Overall Office Agenda
ü Preparing material for meeting needs (Notebook, LCD, etc.)
· Organizing of Staff Travel (outside Program Department)
ü Organize official (inter) national trips for office staff.
ü Provide administrative, logistical, and contact support for incoming visitors, consultants.

Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma in administration or related field.

JOINT NEED ASSESSMENT (JNA) PROJECT MANAGER
The Emergency Capacity Building (ECB) Project Phase II was launched in July 2008 by six agencies of the Inter-agency Working Group (IWG) on Emergency Capacity: CARE International, Catholic Relief Services, Mercy Corps, Oxfam GB, Save the Children and World Vision International. The goal of the ECB Phase II project is to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of the humanitarian community's emergency preparedness and response by building capacity at the field, global organizational and humanitarian sector levels for staff development, accountability and disaster risk reduction.
ECB Indonesia is now hiring a JOINT NEED ASSESSMENT (JNA) PROJECT MANAGER to be based in Jakarta with frequent travels to both domestic and overseas.
The JNA PROJECT MANAGER will be based in Save the Children Indonesia and will report to Emergency Program Manager of Save the Children Indonesia.
The JNA PROJECT MANAGER will have the following responsibilities:
1. JNA Database development
• Facilitate ECB Indonesia in developing the framework for finalization of the JNA database system including review the recommendations made in past JNA meetings.
• Selecting database consultant, working with the database consultant in finalizing the online/offline JNA database system, design database reporting structure, testing the database with the ECB Consortium members
• Representing ECB Indonesia in ECB global events (on-site and online) relating with database development.
2. Training and Methodology
• In coordination with key stakeholders, develop a training methodology for both use of database and also for data collection, data entry and analysis

3. Coordination and Liaison
• Play the role in facilitating, Coordinating, Soliciting feedback, sharing/learning among ECB Indonesia members and between ECB Indonesia and ECB Consortia/external stake holders ((UN agencies-notably OCHA, BNBP, government bodies, local NGOs and other INGOs) relating to JNA products.
• Act as the focal point with interested global partners, not only communicating regularly with ACAPs (assessment capacities project) and the NATF (needs assessment task force) but also feeding information from these initiatives back into a) ECB in Indonesia (via the Field Facilitator and CRS as lead agency), b) other ECB consortia as appropriate, c) ECB AIM adviser group and d) ECB Project Staff
4. Socialization
• In coordination with key stakeholders, lead on the development of protocols around the JNA approach ensuring that roles and responsibilities of stakeholders are clearly identified
• Facilitate the engagement of the ECB Indonesia consortium members in using the JNA for emergency response
• Capturing and documenting lessons learned from the process of the finalization of the JNA tool in order to share within not only the ECB network but also with other interested parties
• Hold key events where the JNA approach is socialized in Indonesia
Other tasks
- Developing and submitting report, Organizing ECB Indonesia events, conducting M&E relating to the JNA
- Be familiar with the NATF Guidelines for Assessments in Emergencies and lead any discussion/application within the consortium as relevant with the support of the Field Facilitator.

IT Assistant
International NGO seeks an IT Assistant who will work under the supervision of the IT Program Officer and assist with the daily operation and implementation of IFES projects. The position is Jakarta based and full time. Anticipated start is between 15 July and 25 July 2011.
IFES is an international, nonprofit organization that supports the building of democratic societies. IFES promotes democratic stability by providing technical assistance and applying field-based research to the electoral cycle in countries around the world to enhance citizen participation and strengthen civil societies, governance and transparency. Founded in 1987 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more than 120 countries.
IFES Indonesia has received USAID and AusAID funding to support the strengthening of the electoral environment in Indonesia. The project is currently fully funded through 2012, but expects to be extended at least through the 2014 national elections. The program provides assistance to stakeholders such as the KPU and national civic society organizations. The program has two international and 15 national professional staff and is situated in the business district on Jl. Sudirman. IFES will also have 4 staff located in a shared office with national CSOs in Jakarta for its AGENDA project for which the IT Assistant will be responsible as well.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain desktop hardware, including the setup of new computers, computer components (e.g upgrades), as well as desktop / network printers and copiers;
• Install operating systems, drivers and productivity software, and schedule regular software, driver and security updates;
• Maintain cabled and wireless network connectivity (including the configuration and maintenance of wireless routers, internet etc.);
• Daily, weekly and monthly servers statistic and monitoring, this will include virus definitions updates and daily backup;
• In coordination with IT Program Officer perform basic server side management tasks such as

Context
The Partners for Resilience (PfR) is an alliance of five humanitarian, development and environmental organizations bringing together knowledge and expertise in the field of disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA) and ecosystem management and restoration (EMR). The PfR consist of the NLRC, CARE Nederland, Cordaid, Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre and Wetlands International. The alliance partners accompany their local partner institutions in the implementation of the programme.
Founded in 2009, the PfR developed the five year programme "Climate-proof Disaster Risk Reduction" that aims to reduce the impact of natural hazards on the livelihoods of 750.000 – 1.000.000 vulnerable people in nine countries: Ethiopia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mali, Nicaragua, Philippines, and Uganda. The PfR will implement the programme in the period 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2015. The NLRC is lead applicant and contract-holder for the programme vis-à-vis its key donor, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs under its MFS-II grant facility.
The Partners for Resilience in Indonesia are now looking for a:
Senior Linking & Learning Officer (100%)
Purpose of the position
An important component of the programme is the PfR overall Learning Agenda and the specific learning objectives as have been formulated by the Programme Guidance Committee. The alliance partners, all with different backgrounds, can mutually reinforce each other's activities. Furthermore they will involve other relevant stakeholders at different levels.
The overall learning goal is to develop an integrated DRR/CCA/EMR approach to be applied at both community and institutional level.
The Senior L & L Officer will work with the PfR coordinator based in Jakarta in coordinating and facilitating the Linking & Learning component of the PfR programme in Indonesia. The Senior L & L Officer will be based in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
Position in the organisation
The Senior L & L Officer reports in line and functionally to the PfR coordinator based in Jakarta. He/she will facilitate and support the PfR Project Management Team.
Responsibilities/ Key Tasks
Overseeing and supporting the Linking & Learning component of PfR in Indonesia, more specifically (but not exlusively):

Context
The Partners for Resilience (PfR) is an alliance of five humanitarian, development and environmental organizations bringing together knowledge and expertise in the field of disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA) and ecosystem management and restoration (EMR). The PfR consist of the NLRC, CARE Nederland, Cordaid, Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre and Wetlands International. The alliance partners accompany their local partner institutions in the implementation of the programme.
Founded in 2009, the PfR developed the five year programme "Climate-proof Disaster Risk Reduction" that aims to reduce the impact of natural hazards on the livelihoods of 750.000 – 1.000.000 vulnerable people in nine countries: Ethiopia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mali, Nicaragua, Philippines, and Uganda. The PfR will implement the programme in the period 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2015. The NLRC is lead applicant and contract-holder for the programme vis-à-vis its key donor, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs under its MFS-II grant facility.

Purpose of the position
An important component of the programme is the PfR overall Learning Agenda and the specific learning objectives as have been formulated by the Programme Guidance Committee. The alliance partners, all with different backgrounds, can mutually reinforce each other's activities. Furthermore they will involve other relevant stakeholders at different levels.
The overall learning goal is to develop an integrated DRR/CCA/EMR approach to be applied at both community and institutional level.
The Senior L & L Officer will work with the PfR coordinator based in Jakarta in coordinating and facilitating the Linking & Learning component of the PfR programme in Indonesia. The Senior L & L Officer will be based in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
Position in the organisation
The Senior L & L Officer reports in line and functionally to the PfR coordinator based in Jakarta. He/she will facilitate and support the PfR Project Management Team.

The Indonesia Urban Water Sanitation and Hygiene (USAID IUWASH) project is a
sixty-month program funded by the United States Agency for International

BERAU Marine Conservation Project Leader
Essential Functions: the Project Leader will have technical and
financial responsibility will include MPA design and program planning,
implementation of MPA management in coordination with local partners,
evaluation and measuring of success, coordination of surveillance with
local authorities, biological and social monitoring, community outreach
and communications. S/he will work closely with partners to maintain

Qualifications:
