1. Description of the post
The objective of this post is to support Administration Department in the effective management of the Human Resources issues in Spanish Red Cross office in Nias Selatan
2. Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Aministration Officer, s/he is responsible for the following key tasks.
Keep staff database and files with necessary documents in order;
Keep attendance/overtime/warning/annual leave/sick leave record for all staff;
Assist the Delegates in recruitment of new staff upon necessity. Prepare advertisement for the vacancies on newspapers, pre-select applicants, arrange interviews with the delegates, participate
in selection process, and inform a result of a selection process the applicants;
Prepare and legalize the contracts for the local staff. Relations with Manpower Office and in charge of legalizing the employee working contract;
Prepare extension proposal documents for Head of Sub Delegation;
Support to prepare monthly payroll of SRC staff;
Support to prepare quittance of staff finishing contract with SRC;
Prepare the Jamsostek information to be sent to Medan SRC office;
Support Finance and Administration Officer in different task, such as preparation of per diem documents, cash for work documents, and other activities related to the justification of sub
delegation expenses; Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications and
Professional Skills :
Speak Nias language fluently
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially WORD and EXCEL.
Good working knowledge of English.
Ability to perform task on the deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy
Capacity to keep confidential information.
