Senior Human Resources Manager (code: SHRM)
The incumbent is responsible for planning, scheduling and managing work
in a wide variety of Human Resources functional areas. Provide strategic
direction for HR initiatives including personnel recruitment and
retention program, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action
plans, risk management and policy & procedures development. Leads the
development and application of standardized Human Resources policy;
practices and process in employee relations and wellness; wage and
salary administration; training and development; employee benefits; HRIS
and HR Administrative matters in compliance contractual requirements and
established company policies. Leads the Human Resources function to
include managing the HR Personnel Admin/Recruitment Coordinator,
Employee Relations/Wellness Coordinator and serves as the strategic
partner in support of operations in the SCiIDN. A high degree of
initiative and leadership is expected from this position.
Requirements:
* Master Degree or equal in a relevant field;
* Minimum 10 (ten) years experience, with 5 (five) years at
managerial position preferably previous experience in international
organization/company;
* Having experienced in Job Evaluation and Salary Review process
would be an advantage;
* Excellent leadership and written and verbal communication
skills;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Strong analytical skills and able to think strategically;
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
* Requires a cross-cultural experience, understanding and sensitivity;
* Must be computer literate with high degree of proficiency and productivity;
* Must be able to work comfortably and effectively with or without supervision, either at own initiative or under direction;
* Ability to manage a team
* Pleasant personality
