Lembaga Fajar Harapan (Lembaga FH) is a non-profit and independent social organization, with activities that oriented in community change and development, community development &
community empowerment, which head office is located at Jl. Kacang No. 21/16, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia.

Our Finance Department is in search of Finance & Administration Officer (Medan based [a] and Nias based [b]) with the following minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university with GPA of at least 3.00 in scale of 4.00;
2. Male/female, max 30 years old;
3. Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field for [a] and fresh graduate is welcome for [b];
4. Honest, self motivated, hardworking, and able to handle work under pressure & tight due date;
5. Good command of spoken and written English;
6. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office programs;
7. Experience in routine tax compliance work, preferably a Brevet A & B holder;
8. Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills;
9. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities; and
10. Familiarity with SunSystems is highly advantageous.
