Project Coordinator - Based in Ciwidey, West Java
1. Duties and Responsibilities

· Contributes to IBU's overall strategic plan
· Overseeing and evaluating project's impact and collaborate it with program unit team
· Planning and scheduling the counselling upon the teachers
· Used to giving the counselling to teacher and children
· Accompany teacher when teaching class
· Facilitating training and counseling
· Evaluating the whole activity
· Membuat report ke headquarter tentang segala kegiatan
· Organize the training and coaching
· Used to educating people
· Fluently in reporting
· Coordinating the effort of the project with the whole team
· Providing evaluation of the project process in timely manner
· Handling child development, counseling, educating psychology
· Accompany trainer and teacher to educating children

2. Qualifications

* Minimum strata 2degree on Psychology
* Male / Female
* Minimum 1 years experienced in NGO
* Hard worker and quick learner
* Able to work under pressure and always put the integrity on the highest level
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluently in English (speak and writing)
* Fluently in Sundanesse Language is more advantage
Demonstrates volunteerism in social issues
* Able to work in minim facilty
* Able to placed in corner area at Ciwidey

Quality Control Staff - Based in Cikelet-Garut ,West Java
1. Duties and Responsibilities

* Under supervision of quality control coordinators, work in close cooperation with the Procurement/logistics unit to provide specialized advice and resources on Quality Control standards on materials and building
* Establish and maintain the required standard product specification and work in line with standard quality controls in accordance to the humanitarian bamboo forum and the Research Institute for Human Settlement (RIHS) guidelines;
* Ensure regular updates on quality standards and compliance as applicable to donor activities
* Facilitate compliance of donor related construction activities with safe construction standards, especially in accordance with Indonesian Building Codes, Sphere Standards, guidelines developed in the framework of the Transitional Shelter Cluster and Internal guidelines.
* Review procedures to minimize the impact of Quality Control mechanisms on the progress of construction activities;
* Conduct daily on site supervision of all processes and activities related to shelter and material
* Conduct quality audit to shelter sites, warehouse and material assembly, equipments, processes and procedures applied.
* Conduct construction commissioning audit on completed shelter units with the project team before hand over to beneficiaries/end users and oversee any necessary technical improvement of shelter units.
* Perform other duties commensurate to the positioned and as may be assigned

* Maximum Age 35 years old
* Minimum 1 years experienced in Quality Control NGO
* Hard worker and quick learner
* Able to work under pressure and always put the integrity on the highest level
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

Construction Staff - Based in Pangalengan, Bandung,West Java and For Padang, West Sumatra
1. Duties and Responsibilities

* Under supervision of Construction Coordinator to implement construction of T shelter activity in the project area.
* Assist the Community Facilitators in the operation and project planning with activities related to beneficiary identification and communities assessment.
* Supervise a team of Technical Supervisors (tukang) for implementation of the T-Shelter processes.
* Coordinate with Community Facilitators and Quality Control in term of Engaging community in the process and quality of the building


2. Qualifications

* Male / Female
* Maximum Age 35 years old
* Minimum 1 years experienced in Construction staff NGO
* Hard worker and quick learner
* Able to work under pressure and always put the integrity on the highest level
