World Vision Indonesia open vacancies

World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :
1. EU Project Coordinator (Code EU PC)

Qualifications :
- S1 degree from any discipline but preferably majoring social science
- Min. 2– 3 years experience in a related humanitarian organization
- Previous experience in programme or project design, implementation,
monitoring, evaluation and report writing
- Technical knowledge about advocacy, gender and peacebuidling
- Knowledge of community organizing skills

Major Roles :
The EU Social Integration project coordinator will ensure the
Project meet performance goals, and increase accountability and quality in a way
that reflects World Vision’s core values, mission, and strategic directions. The
EU Social Integration project coordinator will maintain and enhance the role of
World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to ex-IDPs and
marginalized women’s right Poso District as related to WV Indonesia strategy.

2.Gender and Public Policy Specialist (code : GPP)

Major Roles:
To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to "be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change" by become a focal point for the gender equity; and to ensure
that child as a focus of organization ministry will get a proper attention
accordingly to organization commitment and direction; especially for the
protected children in the difficult or special circumstances as well as by
providing a comprehensive analysis of government & non-government policies,
research findings, and publications on some issues related to WV IDN advocacy
works at local, regional and national levels in alignment with the global center
and national office strategies and policies.


Qualifications:
- Preferably master degree in Public Policy, Gender,
International Development, Social Works, Law, or relevant degree or Bachelor
Degree with at least 3 year experiences

- Min. 3 year experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works for in-country
and international position, working in community development/TD works;
international experience is a plus, including 1 year in managerial position


3. Economic Development Specialist (code : EDS)

Major Roles:

To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandate to "strengthen our grass roots field capacity and ministry" such that there in an increase in ADPs with sound Economic
Strategies, thus increasing HH income. This will be achieved by providing
overall leadership and technical support to EU Social Integration project
especially on economic development components, ensuring projects and staff
performance goals, and by increasing accountability and quality in a way that
reflects World Vision’s core values, mission and strategic directions. The
Economic Development Specialist will maintain and enhance the role and
positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to
economic development needs in Poso as related to EU project goal and Poso ADP
(SulMal regional) strategy.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree on Economic and other Social Development .
- Min. 3 years experience in livelihoods, economy development, and social
development related projects

- Previous experience in programme or project design, implementation,
monitoring, evaluation and report writing


4. Regional HEA Officer NTT (code : HEA)

Major Roles:

Developing capacity building program for Emergency Response Team members, implementing CBDRM and managing disaster response when an emergency situation occurs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Social Science, preferably in Disaster Management, Social
Works, Humanitarian Emergencies, or an equivalent experience
- Min. 2 year experiences of broad and deep experience in Disaster Management
cycle – Mitigation – Preparedness – Emergency Response – Rehabilitation-
Experience in research & documentation, community organizing, social
mobilization, facilitating training and networking
