Chemonics International seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID-funded higher education leadership and management capacity-building project in Indonesia. The project aims to improve the national university system, with a focus on areas including policy reform in university governance, assessment and accreditation, financial management, and research and curricula enhancement.

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in education
- Minimum 10 years of experience working on a USAID or other donor-funded project
- Demonstrated experience working on higher education reform projects
- Chief of party or team leader experience preferred
- Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia a plus
