TNC have open positions for Marine Program, and the positions are:


BERAU Marine Conservation Project Leader



Essential Functions: the Project Leader will have technical and
financial responsibility will include MPA design and program planning,
implementation of MPA management in coordination with local partners,
evaluation and measuring of success, coordination of surveillance with
local authorities, biological and social monitoring, community outreach
and communications. S/he will work closely with partners to maintain
good relationships with the local authorities and communities.



Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree and 5 years experience in conservation practice
or equivalent combination of education and experience. A master degree
in environment, biology, conservation or related field is an advantage.

* Experience managing complex or multiple projects, including
staffing, workloads, and finances under deadlines.

* Knowledgeable and capable in policy and advocacy for
sustainable marine resource use in an era of decentralization natural
resources management.

* Excellent conceptual and communication skills (verbal and written) in Indonesian and English.

* Supervisory experience.

This position will be base in Tanjung Redep
