Muslim Aid Indonesia is implementing “Legal Awarness Raising Campaign (LARC) Project” under Aceh Justice Project (AJP) funded by UNDP, is looking for:
Monitoring & EvaluationExpert (1 position)
Location in North Aceh and South Aceh
Monitoring & Evaluation Expert will work under the direct supervision of Project Manager of LARC and will be responsible for evaluating LARC Project implementation on the ground. The M & E Expert will work with Muslim Aid LARC team and UND, and beneficiaries as necessary. The M & E Expert will have to be skilled enough in report writing.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Preferably bachelor degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and Social Sciences
2. 4 years relevant experience at monitoring and evaluation
3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesia
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Positive approach to problem solving
3. Strong coordination and negotiation skills with stakeholders
4. Ability to develop linkages with NGOs, Government agencies, Institutional donors and other stakeholders.
5. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to change
6. Commitment to equality of opportunity and diversity
7. Able to engender credibility, confidence and respectability.
8. Has enough skill in report writing
