the vacancy of

Technical Coordinator, Community Mobilization (2 positions)

1 position based in Malang

1 position based in Pasuruan

Job Desc

Skills required

· Manages the relationship with the participating district health offices in relation to community mobilization in support of MNCH
· In conjunction with program partners, identifies and oversees delivery of capacity building programs in support of community mobilization, particularly the P4K program
· Ensures close coordination between field officers and external program partners, including sub-contractors
· Works with district health offices and community health center to monitor the implementation of a package of activities in support of P4K or other MOH supported community activities in support of MNCH
· Ensures partners comply with program monitoring and evaluation requirements
· Provides advice to the Field Office Director on issues likely to affect program progress or quality and proposes strategies for addressing issues as they arise
· Provides technical support to District Office staff working on community mobilization
· Expertise in community mobilization, especially utilizing participatory methodologies
· Experience in scaling up community-based programs
· Demonstrated knowledge of Department of Health-sanctioned community interventions, including familiarity with P4K
· Proven ability to document program interventions as case studies
· Excellent facilitation and liaison abilities

Educational Qualifications:
A Masters level education/training or its equivalent in Community Development
or its equivalent.
