World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions:

1. Maternal Child Health & Nutrition Coordinator(code :MCHN)
Major roles :
Lead implementation of Health Program including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in alignment with World Vision Indonesia strategy.
Qualifications :
· Min. S1 degree in Public Health/Doctor
· Experiencein nutrition project
· Based in Jakarta, Aceh, Papua

2.Campaign Coordinator (code : Camp)
Major Roles :
Plans, leads and organizes advocacy work within the campaign team in delivering the Global Child Health Campaign (GCHC).
Qualifications :
· Min. S1 degree in relevant area
· Min 5 years experience in campaigning, advocacy and communications; and experience of developing this capacity in other people
· Experience in developing and delivering campaign strategies
· Strong project management experience
· Ability of managing a network

3. Disaster Risk Reduction Coordinator (code : DRR)
Major Roles:
Ensure quality of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) strategy and approach and to lead the implementation of this strategy;
Qualifications:
·S-1 degree in International Development, Social Works, Management, or relevant degree
·2 years experience in the planning and implementation and evaluation of community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM)/disaster risk reduction interventions
·Specialist knowledge of capacity building of local government institutions
·Based in Jakarta & Padang

4. Operation Team Leader (code : OTL)
Major Roles:
To provide leadership to the Operations Team in achieving its mission and strategies and are compliant with WV Policies and Standards

Qualifications:
· S-1 degree in International Development, Social Works, Management, or relevant degree
· Competent in project management with proven track records
· Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects and leadership roles is a must
· Experience in the humanitarian aid work

5. Program Officer (code : PO)
Major Roles:
As a key liaison between WVIDN donors and project/program implementers
Qualifications:
· University Degree in related field
· 2 – 3 years experience in humanitarian works

6. Child Protection/Education Coordinator (code : CP)
Major Roles:
To identify, design, plan, and ensure implementation of all the child protection and Education Program activities.
Qualifications:
· S-1 degree in Development, Social Works, Education, Management, or relevant degree
· Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects and leadership roles is a must

7. WASH/Health Coordinator (code : WASH)
Major Roles:
To identify, design, plan, and ensure implementation of all the Water Sanitation & Hygiene and Health Program activities.
Qualifications:
· Preferably Bachelor degree in Engineering, or relevant degree with at least 2 year experiences in humanitarian aid works
· Competent in project management

8. Finance Officer (code : FIN)
Major Roles:
Manage day-to-day financial transaction to ensure internal control system in place
Qualifications:
· S-1 in Accounting is a must
· Minimum 1 year experience as Accountant

9. Livelihood Coordinator (code : Live)
Major Roles:
To identify,design, plan, and ensure implementation of all the Livelihood Program activities

Qualifications:
· S-1 Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
· Competent in financial management with proven track record

10.Logistic Coordinator (code : Log)
Major Roles:
Implement and maintain the logistical support systems for the response. To coordinate the logistics activities, including procurement & delivery systems
Qualifications:
· S-1 Degree in any discipline
· Requires 2 – 3 years experience in logistic and procurement

11.DM&E Officer (code : DME)
Major Roles:
Plan and implement monitoring, evaluation and learning plan. Ensure all monitoring and evaluation are in alignment with relevantstrategies, policies and standards.
Qualifications:
· S-1 Degree in any discipline
· Minimum 2 years of sectors/appropriate professional experience
· Sound experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, report writing and research All applicants should put position code in their application.
