Policy and Advocacy Officer

humanitarian support and development programmes, as well as
campaigns – and integral factors are the policy and advocacy works
that we do to ensure that government and private sectors
always take side to the poor.
Working closely with the Country Policy, Advocacy and
Campaigns Manager and with other officers in the team,
you will be responsible to play a key role in outlining
Oxfam’s policy positions in Indonesia and working together
with partners to conduct advocacy works.
With excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia skills, experiences
in research and strong in research methodology, a creative mind
and the ability to convey complex information in a candid and
arresting manner, you’ll also bring strong persuasion skills and
ability to convince others. You will also need to have some
experiences in campaign and or work with non-government
development organization.

and are able to travel frequently and work outside normal
