World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :

1. Program Development Coordinator (Code PD - HEA)

Responsible for the management of a project cycle start from the initiating the project, writing up the proposal, negotiation, contract signing, project monitoring, writing & submitting the report during the implementation phase. The process will make sure that disaster management component will be capture in the project design.

Qualifications:
- Min. S1 degree in relevant field
- Min. TOEFL Score 500
- Min 2 years experience in humanitarian works
- Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal writing
- Excellent communication skill

2. Finance & Accounting Supervisor (code : FAS)

Major Roles :
Supervise the financial management functions that include financial planning, analysis and ensure the accountability of transactions, asset, legal aspect and policy implementation in order to implement high quality ministry that ensure improving well being of children that align with urban design. Qualifications:
- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 3 years experiences as Accountant and leadership roles is a must

3. Finance Officer (code : Fin)

Manage day-to-day financial transaction to ensure internal control system in place

Qualifications:
- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experiences as Accountant
- Based in Padang


4. Finance Officer (code : Fin WSEER)

Responsible for budget planning & control, funding management, risk management, and ensure that legal aspect is in accordance with rules in order to implement high quality ministry that ensure improving well being of children that align with the design.Qualifications:
- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experiences as Accountant

5. Nutrition Jumpstart Coordinator (Code : Nut )

Managing the Nutrition Jumpstart Project/NJS (assessment, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluation), ensuring NJS project meet performance goals, and by increasing accountability and quality in a way that reflects World Vision’s core values, mission, and strategic directions. The project coordinator will maintain and enhance the role of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to Maternal Child Health and nutrition capacity building needs in our programs and partners as related to WV Indonesia strategy.


Qualifications:
- Min S1 degree in public health/medicine
- Min. 2 years experience in health/nutrition projects
- Strong project management experience
