JAKARTA

1. Urban Administrative Assistant
The Urban Program Assistant will organize and manage all administrative tasks for the Urban Director and the Urban Resource Team within Mercy Corps, and will assist all urban programs in administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

3 years of administrative/secretarial experience required;
Background in urban planning or urban development recommended;
The candidate must have very strong English speaking and writing skills;
He/she should be very organized, proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure and with short deadlines when required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer program are required.
