1. Finance Manager ( Code: FM)
Duty Station: Jakarta - Indonesia
The Finance Manager holds general responsibility for the overall direction and effective implementation of Medical Teams International’s strategic plan in Indonesia. The Finance Manager plays a critical role in planning, directing and coordinating
the financial activities of the organization at the highest level of management as a part of the regional strategy for Indonesia.
Requirements;
1. Bachelor Degree of Accounting or equivalent with minimum 5 (five) years experiences in related fields as a Finance Manager
2. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
3. Fluently in English (oral and written)
4. Having experience on analyzing and maintaining an on-going awareness of the operating environment in Indonesia, financial planning, budgeting, and procurement
5. Having experience on develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash management, and accounting.
6. Good character
7. Willing to travel in remote area

2. Cummunity Health
Coordinator (Code: CHC)
Duty
station: Nias Selatan
She/He will supervise the Health Facilitators and will plan and coordinate their activities as well as provide internal and
external training as necessary in community development principles in the Community Health Nias project.
Requirements
1. Bachelor
Degree of Social , Nursing, Midwifery or equivalent with minimum 3 (Three)
years experiences in related fields as a coordinator with an international NGO.
2. Proficiency in Nias language is an advantage
3. Negotiation and mediation skills to deal with staff, community, and service providers.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill
5. Good character
6. Experience in health communities program and community
mobilization.
7. Willingness to work in remote areas and live in the community.
8. Fluently in English (Oral and written)
