Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Indonesia is an international non-governmental organization working in the relief and development in Indonesia. We are now responding to the emergency in Padang therefore we are seeking a potential candidate to fill in the position of:

Management Quality Manager (MQM)
To be based in Agam, Padang
Contract base up to March 2009

Reporting To : Team Leader West Sumatera

•Support the administrative team in achieving their daily and weekly goals;
•Ensure that the Administrative staff are complying with CRS procurement process and meeting the timely needs of the programming team;
•Ensure that the Agam office remains compliant with all donor and organizational policies and procedures;
•Ensure that the financial management performance of field offices meets the standards set by the agency including, but not limited to, timely and accurate financial reporting to Jakarta main office, adequate budget management and overall compliance with donors and CRS regulations;
•Ensure that Field offices comply with financial, administrative and human resources policies and procedures;
•Supervise the Agam Field Office Head of Administration, IT, Human Resources and Finance
•Provide ad-hoc assistance to other team members on the response;
•Position based in Agam with occasional trips to Padang.
