Position : Education Specialist

Location :Banda Aceh& Aceh Besar

Position Summary :Be accountable for formulation, design, planning,
implementing, monitoring and evaluation of scaling-up specific Education
intervention.

Contract type : Part-time, permanent. Be able to work 3 days a week

Target Population :Orphans and their guardian

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide timely sectoral analysis, input, support and collaboration for
programme management and monitoring of the implementation of the
Educational Programme through regular update, information sharing meetings
* Promote effective knowledge management through draftingor finalizing
key Education sectoral programme documents and reports, sharing good
practice, lessons learned, and knowledgeor information exchange.
* Timely, regular data-driven analysis for effective prioritization,
planning, development and results-based management for scaling-up specific
Education interventions.
* Interact and provide technical support to the school in the
implementation and monitoring stages of the educational programme.

* Plan and organise training and orientation activities for field staff
for the purpose of capacity building.
* Sectoral work plan and activities formulated, implemented and monitored,
ensuring alignment with the educational programme strategies.
* Programme delivery, evaluation and reporting carried out efficiently and
transparently in compliance with the established guidelines and procedures.
* Proper and timely OIC Allianceaccountability ensured regarding technical
assistanceof educational programprogramme funds.
* Effective communication and networking achieved through partnership and
collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Initiative, passion and commitment to OIC Alliance's mission and
professional values.
* Advanced university degree in one or more of the disciplines relevant to
the following areas:Education; Primary Education, or a Social Sciences
fields

* 2years of progressively professional work experience at national and
international Organization in field relevant to Education programmes.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
