Media Relation & Event Promotion Coordinator
Based in Area Office (Kupang & Semarang)

· The Media Relation & Event Promotion Coordinator will play critical responsible for handling media relations, events and promotions in Area level. This position will reporting to Communication Specialist

Requirements:
· Degree in communications, journalism or related discipline.
· Minimum 4 years experience with successful track record as EO Coordinator, preferred have experience in journalism
· Experience in NGOs and journalist will be an advantage
· Good writing skill and English skill
· Has wide media network
· Has a good integrity
· Excellent communicator, team builder and negotiator
· Computer literate


Skills and qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in administration, English Literature
· Maximum 25 year old
· One years experience in administration/secretarial duties (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
· Proficient English
· Computer literate in Ms Office
· Concern to detail and accurate
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
