interventions that address the major causes of death among mothers, newborns,
and children under five years of age. As a leader partner of Maternal and Child
Health Integrated Program ( MCHIP ), Jhpiego Corp. is seeking some high

1. Technical Team Leader for Monitoring and Evaluation (TTL-m&e)
Position Reports To: Chief of Party, Jakarta
Overview:
The Technical Team Leader for M&E is responsible for guiding the overall design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy for the MCHIP Program. This includes developing and operating efficient systems of monitoring and
evaluation and providing timely and relevant information to the Chief of Party
and project stakeholders. The M&E results allow for project accountability, provide a basis for decision-making, offer feedback into project activities and promotes knowledge management.
Majors Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and have overall technical responsibility for monitoring and evaluating the MCHIP program including the design or modification of data
collation and collation forms, data capture and analysis systems
With support from MCHIP headquarter staff, identify the core information needs of
the MCHIP program and other key stakeholders.
Develop an annual Performance Monitoring Plan, which is in-line with MCHIP
overall strategy and annual targetsEnsure M&E activities are clearly identified in the work plan and design the framework for the monitoring of identified project activities. Prepare and monitor performance indicatorsTrack the project
inputs, activities, processes, outcomes and impact measures of the program for
reporting to donorsWork closely with the Chief of Party, Core Team, and other project staff on setting program priorities and directions based on
data collected, successes, challenges and gaps identifiedProvide technical
assistance to district-level M&E staff partners to effectively monitor their
activities using simple data collection and collation tools in line with the program’s PMP.Coordinate the analysis and preparation of program reports. Guide staff and managers in preparing progress reports in accordance with approved reporting formats and ensure their timely submission. This includes quarterly progress reports, annual program reports, program inception reports and ad-hoc technical reportsContribute to consolidated progress reports for the Chief of PartUndertake monitoring visits, as necessary, to the various project teams and sites to support implementation of M&E, conduct data quality checks and to identify where adaptations might be needed.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes :
S2 or equivalent experience is required
M&E experience and good knowledge of M&E approaches and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail.
Experience of working in a research environment or information-generating context.
Strong customer service ethos and proactive approach to service provision, as well as the ability to organise partnerships and maintain good relations with key partners.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, priorities, schedule and balance workloads in the face of conflicting and uneven demands
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent IT skills.
2. Program Coordinator ( PC )
Position Reports To: Program Manager
Overview:
Provides administrative support for component program teams in Indonesia. Works closely with Advisors, Program Managers and finance staff to ensure close adherence to Jhpiego’s agreed upon work plans and overall scope of work.
Majors Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists Program Manager and work closely with finance staff in developing activity budgetCoordinates meeting, workshop and training, including preparing logistic for participantsCoordinates with advisor, program manager and finance staff in disbursement need based on activity budgetPrepares travel authorization for staff, consultant and counterparts for activities and workshops Assists in
transportation and hotel arrangement for staff, consultant and counterparts for
their visit activities Work closely with finance staff in processing and
reconciling of invoices and payment documentationPerforms other duties as assigned by Program Manager and other technical team members
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes :
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years work experienceExperience in administration
Strong ability to work and communicate within a team
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written Indonesian language; English language
proficiency preferred
Computer skills demonstrating in competency in Microsoft office: Excell, MS word and Power point
Ability to work independently and to exercise independent judgment
Ability to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulationsDemonstrated ability
to exercise confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure, priorities, schedule and balance workloads in the face of conflicting and uneven demands
