Office Manager

Yayasan Kesehatan Bali (YAKEBA) is a Ngo base in Bali
working in the fields of HIV/AIDS prevention such as HIV/AIDS Community-based Awareness Programs,
Harm Reduction Programs, Rehabilitation and Counseling. Yakeba currently has an immediate need for an Office Manager.

Duties:


Maintaining
the office services such as design and implement office policies,
establish standard and procedure, office operations, supervision for
office staff, prepare time sheets, correspondence, maintain office
equipmentsLiaise
with other organisation including banking related matters and other Ngo.Responsible
for staff recruitment, employment training, provide on the job training, Provide
and distribute information in regards promoting the work of Yakeba. Maintaining
office record such as to design, maintain filling system, employment
record, in-coming and out-coming mail and minutes of meeting. Planning
and implementing office system such as layout and equipment procurement, Responsible for
yakeba assets including office equipment and the vehicle. Facilitating a smooth communication between staffs
and the director.

Junior Transport Consultant and Computer Operator

A Representative Office of a leading
global engineering consulting, and construction company specializing in
infrastructure development in the field of water, energy is looking for
candidates for the following positions:

1. Junior Transport Consultant (based in Jakarta)

Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 Civil Engineer from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in transport sector, mainly
in port, railway, land transport or aviation.
- Knowledge of cost estimation, BoQ
and transport facility design is a pre-requisite.
- Overall length of work experience
would not be penalized if qualifications are exceptional.

Length of assignment: 12 months (on contract)

2. Computer Operator (based in Jakarta)

Qualifications:
- D3 Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience or S1 graduate
with minimum 1 year experience
- Working knowledge of English is required

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the project team in administration works in particular
for report preparation and production

Employment conditions:

Under a contract basis for approximately 12 months

John Snow International (JSI) is a Human Resources professional for the Health Services Program (HSP). HSP, funded by USAID, is a 5.5 years development assistance program to Indonesia, working on specific issues of Maternal, Newborn and Child Health.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following vacancy for a specific duration of 10-12 months:

CONTRACT and GRANTS Manager
s Coordinate, review and prepare documentation for grants and sub contracts;
s Oversee the development and review the process of request of proposals, manage the technical evaluation process, conduct financial evaluation and project costs;
s Oversee and prepare all contracting mechanism, fixed price contracts, 3rd party contracts;
s Negotiate terms of contracts with organization/firms, drew up contracts in adhere with HSP standard of policy;
s Tracking completion of activities and follow up on late work ;
s Responsible for managing cost share;
s Responsible for all renovations contracts and procedures;
s Responsible for managing all offices leases.

Skills required:
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management and contracts, grants and administration;
Fluency in English especially in agreement terms of reference;
Candidate with USAID experienced is highly preferred;
Very good team player with the ability of working on multi assignments

Qualification:
• Education Degree S1-Bachelor in Economics/Accounting with at least 3-4 years in the similar position;
• Has a strong background on the quality assurance/audit and grant management ; preferable with audit firm and International Non Government Organization
• Has a knowledge and experience in the capacity building; preferably in INGO receiving international funds or auditing/accounting company.
• Very Strong English Communication (Reading, Written and Speaking).
Good computer skill ( MS. Word , Excel, and Email )
• Detailed Oriented, good analytical skill, honest, highly responsible, reliable and Team Player.
